We are approved with most major manufacturers such as Firestone Building Products, Johns-Manville, Soprema, Republic Powdered Metals and many others. We are constantly updating our specifications with the most up-to-date and advanced roof assemblies available. We employ a comprehensive safety program and a full-time safety director. All of our technicians are trained in OSHA safety procedures and undergo technical training before being able to service our customers. Our Facilities

All Area Roofing & Waterproofing, Inc.’s Tampa based operation facility with over 27,000 square feet of office and warehouse space allows us to stock more inventory making access to materials quick and efficient. The facility has on-site office space for our commercial division, thus enabling centralized management and increased productivity. This facility is located just moments away from I-4 and I-75 and enables our crews quick access to service our customer’s needs.
